Khushalee Kachchhy is raising the bar as a successful professor in our education sector.

Khushalee, life is what we acquire on the journey. She believes that destiny, in the end, is who we are after having completed the journey; for her, destiny is never foreseeable.
When Khushalee was nineteen, she realised that she was on the threshold of her life’s journey. She took her first steps by joining UKIC(Udayan Kachchhy Institute of Commerce), her brother’s newly started institute back then, when she was still pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from AU. At that time, she used to help her brother out by correcting test papers, giving extra lectures and coordinating the events. When she gave extra lectures, Khushalee felt that she was a complete neophyte in this field of teaching. But weren’t all great people neophytes at a certain period of time?
Khushalee had always been a people’s person. While giving lectures, she found interacting with students very interesting. She felt like a bird who had recently learned how to fly. A year passed like this and the bud bloomed into a flower! She joined as the permanent faculty member at UKIC and simultaneously started her first year in MCom. She taught Economics and Management for eight hours a day at UKIC while still managing to prepare for her MCom examinations. After clearing MCom, Khushalee started preparing for PhD. entrance examination, which she cleared quite skillfully.
After a while, she felt that even though she was busy with UKIC and studies, she could still spare two hours in the morning to do something productive. As a result, she decided to start learning French as a hobby, and this hobby turned out to be an essential part of her life. She found it so interesting that she finished five levels of the language in two years. Meanwhile, she started posting lectures on economics and management on the youtube channel of UKIC. Apart from that, she also started her own youtube channel where she makes cover song videos in her free time and wins hearts with the power of her voice and music.
Khushalee always yearns to learn new creative techniques to make her lectures as interesting and as interactive as possible. Her quest to learn something new is never-ending, and so she started an online MicroMasters course from IIMBx during the lockdown. She believes in adapting, even during the worst situations. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, giving lectures is only possible through online platforms. Khushalee is already well acquainted with giving online lectures since UKIC has an online platform for the past two years, but paying attention to so many students at the same time can be a little bit tedious. In spite of this, Khushalee always ensures that each and every student understands and grasps what she is teaching during her online lectures.
She has moulded her own destiny with the journey she has taken.xHer knowledge and interest in different subjects make her a sky with multicoloured stars. She is like a tree with many branches.Khushalee is indeed a multi-tasker.

This was how she left no stones unturned.
