“Writers Community”, founded by Ankit Dev Arpan, is the most impactful platform for Freelancers.

There goes a very popular saying that “Age is just a number. It carries no weight. The real weight is in the impacts that you create.” 21-year-old Ankit Dev Arpan has emerged as an evident example of this. In such a young age, Ankit Kumar has trained and provided employment opportunities to more than 200 people sitting at home.

Ankit Kumar is a dezinent of West Champaran, Bihar. He had completed his higher secondary from Navodaya Vidyalaya, West Champaran. At present, he is pursuing graduation in law from IMS Law College. Ankit Kumar is popularly known as Ankit Dev Arpan on social media. He is best known for his Hindi articles, counciling and political analysis.

In February 2020, when the whole nation was captured in the snare of Covid-19 pandemic, Ankit Kumar laid the foundation of “The Writers Community” along with Shanya Das. He had already sensed the effect of pandemic and made it sure to provide employment opportunities to people by just sitting at home. “The Writers Community” is a platform for freelancers, where they get free training and work related to all the aspects of writing.

At first, Ankit Dev Arpan and Shanya Das established contact with various e-learning platforms such as: Embibe, Unacademy, Byjus, ParikshaAdda etc. They started doing their e-learning related tasks with a properly trained team. Today, the “Writers Community” has provided employment opportunities to more than 200 people and is working to add more people into it.

Sharing his experiences, Ankit Dev Arpan told that he comes from a desolate area of Bihar and have faced a lot of deprivation. Due to the lack of proper resources, he shifted to Noida for continuing his studies. He had to manage his financial needs himself. As he was fond of writing and had a keen interest in this field, so, he started looking for some alternative in the same. He started searching about opportunities in freelancing on social media. Through a lot of research and experiences he observed there were a lot of scams in this field. This bothered him a lot but he always believed in finding a solution, rather than getting stucked into the problem. So, Ankit Dev Arpan established the Writers’ Community along with Shanya Das.

Ankit Dev Arpan informed that the next aim of Writers Community is to provide education to the students of Bihar at the lowest rate. Being an alumnus of Navodaya Vidyalaya, he is aware about the hardships that students from rural areas face. This has created a very deep impact on him. So, they have decided to prepare online model papers, test-drives and much more for the students preparing for NavodayaVidyalaya entrance exam. He said that the Writers Community will help these students in preparing for the entrance exam and will work to provide all possible assistance to them.

Ankit Dev Arpan further informed that the Writers Community has recently conducted an internship program. He has trained 25 students from the leading universities of the country such as: IIT Kharagpur, Delhi University, Banasthali Vidyapeeth.

Ankit Kumar says that along with the co-founder of Writers’ Community, Shanya Das, he is relentlessly working to provide employment opportunities to people. He told that in the coming two years, their motive is to provide employment to more than 1000 freelancers. They will also train the students who are interested in writing. Very soon, the “Writers Community” is going to launch their freelance marketplace portal. In this portal, they are going to provide opportunities for freelancers.
