Versatile director Viral Shah recreates a dubbing studio at his office to meet the deadlines amidst the hectic schedule

The lockdown has turned out to be extremely hectic for director Viral Shah who is currently busy working on multiple projects. From dubbing for an animated series to scriptwriting to working on brand campaigns, Viral has hit the ground running and how.

Amidst the busy schedule, Viral has found an ultimate solution to meet the deadline and has gone ahead to recreate a dubbing set in his Mumbai office. Posting a picture on his Instagram, Viral says, “When you have delivery deadlines on brand films and cartoon voices. DIY #dubbingstudio at the #office.

Earlier, the director took to his social media account, sharing a glimpse of his work-from-home dubbing setup where Viral is recording his voice with the help of his phone and laptop for his character.

Viral Shah is a well-known voice-over artist for over 15 years and has done various voices for Disney, Cartoon Network, Netflix Hindi, English theatrical releases, etc. Currently, he is associated with the popular Golmaal Junior animated series. He has been a part of this wonderful project for a year and has been successfully delivering his voice for the most loved character from the series.

The director is known for his versatility. He started his career at an early age by playing a child actor and later got into the theatre during the college days that made him chose to become a voice-over artist and developed liking towards it.

Viral Shah is a writer, director and entrepreneur who has been into the entertainment industry ever since his childhood. Acted as a child actor in India’s first popular daily soap Ek Mahal Ho Sapano ka, Viral grew up becoming a writer and has worked upon 8 TV Shows. Viral Shah ventured into direction with two popular Gujarat films titled Midnights with Menka (2018) And Golkeri (2020). Viral also founded his own company named The Creative Tribe with Masumeh Makhija.

Viral Shah’s last film as a director was ‘Golkeri’ and was received very well by the audience. It featured Malhar Thakar, Manasi Parekh Gohil, Sachin Khedekar and Vandana Pathak in lead roles. Recently, amidst the lockdown,  Viral Shah was also invited as a guest speaker for a popular college in Mumbai to enlighten students on filmmaking and writing through a webinar.

On the work front, Viral announced his third collaboration with Malhar Thakar for the film ‘Aaj Na Samachar’. He is also on board for the upcoming Gujarati film Kesariya.
