Meet the 23-Year-Old Who Teaches Coaches How to Build 6-Figure Online Businesses

By the time she turned 23, Rachel Bell has built not one, but two 7-figure businesses. And what’s more, she did not follow any of the “conventional” routes to becoming a millionaire.

Rachel didn’t invent any groundbreaking tech. She didn’t have billionaire investors backing her. And there was no family fortune she could have used for seed money. No — Rachel simply found a way to deliver a valuable service to an audience of eager buyers.

Through her marketing agency, Trill Media, Rachel is helping brands to establish a powerful social media presence. And inside her mentorship program, Online Coach Accelerator, she is teaching coaches how to build 6-figure businesses.

Scaling both of those million-dollar brands took Rachel and her co-founder two years of hard work. And before that, she had gone through many years of financial and personal struggle, trial and error, and non-stop learning.

Hers isn’t an overnight success story — which is exactly what makes it worth telling.

How Rachel followed her passion and failed

“I’ve always wanted to help people, and coaching seemed like the perfect fit. But it was really tough in the beginning,” Rachel recalls. She has been coaching and mentoring people, in form or another, since she was 12. And at 16, Rachel decided to take a serious stab at a coaching career.

She made every effort to get the best education and training she could. Rachel attended seminars and workshops, completed expensive certifications, and even reached out to prominent coaching and personal development leaders.

But the more she invested in herself, the more Rachel noticed that something was missing. All those events and certifications taught her plenty about how to work with clients — but nothing about how to get them in the first place!

“Do you know how long it took me to get my first high-paying client?” Rachel pauses. “Four. Years. Before that, I could barely make ends meet.”

Rachel realized: to make more than the bare minimum with her coaching, she would need to learn sales and marketing. She immersed herself into neuro-linguistic programming, behavioral psychology, digital marketing (especially social media), and sales, spending thousands of hours and the last of her savings.

Soon enough, her diligence paid off.

Rachel’s first big win, and the journey to 7 figures

Rachel didn’t just learn sales and marketing theory — she constantly put herself out there, testing her newfound knowledge in practice. Sometimes it worked, but much more often it didn’t. Either way, Rachel knew she was learning valuable lessons.

Then one day, she successfully sold $600 worth of coaching services through a webinar. Rachel remembers that moment vividly. “I physically felt like a mountain rolled off my shoulders,” she says. “I was so relieved that I burst into tears as soon as I ended the webinar. Sure, it was just a few hundred bucks. But now that I knew I could do it, I could repeat the process as many times as I wanted.”

Rachel spent the following year refining her approach to sales and marketing even further. Together with her partner, Ross, she co-founded a marketing agency and scaled it to multiple seven figures. Still, Rachel kept coming back to the idea of making something to help other coaches. She envisioned a kind of mentorship program that would help any coach to build a 6-figure business in as little time as possible.

That’s how Online Coach Accelerator came to be. Rachel says, “The Accelerator is something I wish I had access to when I was starting out. We take out students through a 90-day program focused on one thing only: getting them high-paying clients, fast.”

OCA stands apart from other business programs thanks to its freakishly high success rate. In other words, 9 out of 10 coaches who have completed the Accelerator back in January of 2019 were able to secure their first high-paying clients. This is what makes Rachel feel the proudest — not the fact that she built another million-dollar company, but the life-changing results made possible by OCA.

Mentoring 6-figure coaches around the world

Rachel’s story is living proof that building a 7-figure business isn’t about having an original idea or massive startup capital. Rather, it’s about identifying an audience with a burning need and helping them fulfill it.

Rachel knew that her market was hungry not just for information, but for proven results — and that’s exactly what she focused on, relentlessly.

Rachel’s next goal is simple: making Online Coach Accelerator easily available to any coach, anywhere. She and her co-founder currently spend their time optimizing and expanding OCA to help coaches in other industries, and turning it into a self-paced online course. That way, the program can impact many more people, helping thousands of coaches and potentially millions of their clients lead better lives.
