We live in a digital world. the increase of technology within the twenty-first century has fully reworked the method within which we expect, produce and consume. and therefore the art world – aloof from being protected within the walls of galleries and establishments – has been undergoing a metamorphosis of its own.
Digital technology has not solely enlarged the potential for making new varieties of art – it’s modified however the trade operates. From CGI package to Instagram and virtual auctions, it’s affected however art is made, promoted, bought and oversubscribed.
Today we are going to explore the story of a young Artist. It all starts from a small city Rudauli, Situated in Uttarpradesh India. On the 10th of May, 2003, Mohd Daood Aslam was born. At that time no one knows that the one day this guy will make them proud.
His dream has been always to be an artist. from his school days, he is practising on sketches. Later in 2019, he bought a second-hand phone and started creating and developing digital art and sketches.
Today he is not dependent on any kind of introduction, he has a large base of followers on Instagram and Facebook. Daood Aslam is one of the most demanding artists and digital sketchers of India.
He got appreciations from many national and international celebrities too, like Thakur Anoop Singh, Sahil Khan, Aditi Budhathoki, Peer Ahmad Shah, Nazim Ahmed and 80+ More.
Having initiated off with pencil sketches, with his toddler-nephew as his first muse, he started getting more requests from people to do portraits of their children as he started posting his works on social media. “As I started created portraits, I felt the need to do something beyond usual charcoal/pencil sketches and I came across digital sketches,” Daood said.
When we talk with him, Daood says, “My work may be a digital simulation of reality. so as to form it convincing one should have an honest sense of the materiality of things.
Usually, I actually have a concept then drum for several hours till it takes form as one thing respectable. throughout the event method, I’m perpetually drawing and sketching in conjunction with building ideas on my phone.”
Currently, Mohd Daood Aslam or the artist behind Zila art is pursuing B.Com in his first year, as in 2021.
