Earning a Passive Income With Amazon Associates

To start off, I want to provide value but I also don’t want to share all of my business secrets. I can give you a general overview of Amazon Associates that has helped me earn $900 in the last 7 days!

What is Amazon Associates?

The Amazon Affiliate program, or Amazon Associates, is an affiliate marketing program. It’s free for website owners and bloggers to become Amazon Associates. They advertise products from Amazon.com on their sites by creating links. When customers click the links and buy products from Amazon, they earn referral fees. I currently run an Amazon affiliate and sell products on my website: Parker-Marker.com. It takes a week or so to set up an account and get through the background check!

How do the earnings work?

You get paid around 4% for every purchase someone makes through your link. Additionally, the tracking code stays in their browser for 24 hours so you get 4% off all of their purchase within 24 hours of them clicking your link. Let’s say you are directing traffic to men’s watches and someone clicks your link but they buy this expensive camera, you would make around $100. It’s best to sell expensive products because then you will get paid more. 

Using SEO to get traffic!

If you have a website, you should write a blog post that ranks on Google. That is what I have been doing! For example, let’s say you wanted to find the Best Parking Barrier. You can try googling “Best Parking Barrier” and my (Parker-Marker) will show up. I also use SEO to send traffic to promotions Amazon Associates has. For example, Amazon will pay me for every successful signup for Amazon Business. So, I wrote an article about, how to create an Amazon Business Account, that ranks on Google.
