How Janeen Soler Taught Herself How To Build Houses From Scratch, Pull Permits, and Manage Her Own Projects
I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Janeen Soler who is a Realtor and the Founder of Investor in Heels, to discuss her definition of success. Here is what she had to say:
When was the first time you tasted success Janeen?
Success means so many different things to different people. I still do not feel like I have reached the level of “Success” that I’m aiming for. Everyday I’m still grinding and learning to perfect my craft.
I agree, the definition of success is different for everyone. So, why do you want to be successful and what’s your ultimate vision of success for yourself?
I just want to break the cycle in my family and become the first Multi-Millionaire. The ultimate vision of success for me would be me being recognized as one of the most successful female Builders/Real Estate Investors.
That is an incredible vision you have! What’s your end goal Janeen?
My end goal is to keep going until I’m comfortable enough to retire. There’s no set number of properties I want to own or money I want to have. Just keep grinding until I can say ok, I’m ready to just sit back and enjoy what I’ve built and by then all my companies will be able to run on autopilot.
Thank you for sharing your goals and words of wisdom! Do you have any last words of advice for readers?
Get out there and go after whatever it is you hope to accomplish. Once you set your mind to it and start positioning yourself around the right people everything will start to fall in place.
