Henny is a 24-year-old entrepreneur who hails from Toronto, Canada, and is the owner and founder of a marketing firm called Lion Marketing Agency. Henny comes from the family of immigrants, which moved from Ethiopia to Canada. Henny’s upbringing was a traditional one; he was asked to follow the traditional path, i.e. study well, get a job, get married. He followed these guidelines and excelled in academics, and became a lawyer from the McMaster University. Despite getting a reputed degree, Henny had an inclination of doing business. He had been researching the market and post getting his degree plunged into the vast world of marketing.

He was inexperienced, but he had the passion, determination, and positive attitude, which helped him sustain in the business. He invested his time in building clientele relations, advertising, sales, and enhanced marketing. Henny faced various hurdles and witnessed some of his biggest failures, but he knew that succumbing to failures never makes you achieve success, and stuck in. With immense grit and determination, he launched his company, Lion Marketing Agency, and devised innovative marketing techniques, which would help their clients, small or big, reach greater heights.

At present, his company consists of nine efficient members who provide all types of marketing solutions, including digital marketing, PR, SEO, paid traffic marketing, consulting, branding, advertising, etc. Henny has realized that becoming successful isn’t just about making more profit or expanding your firm; it is also to pave the way for young entrepreneurs, who have the will and innovative thinking to create but lack proper guidance. He educates them and also hires some of them as interns, to learn the workings of the field.
