Patricia has coached models for Oscar De La Renta, Carolina Herrera, Liz Claiborne, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Saint Laurent, Versace, Brooks Brothers, Chanel, Mandee, Gap, Annie Sez, among others. She serves as the director of international pageants in the US and Latin America. She has been the hostess of many TV programs.
